The Smart Lumo Irrigation Valve features an integrated controller, integrated flow and pressure sensors, and is completely wirelessly connected to the internet.

According to Lumo, this gives growers greater control and insight into the health of their irrigation systems, allowing them to reliably automate irrigation and reallocate labor resources.

Additionally, Lumo allows growers to accurately track their water usage, allowing them to manage what they can measure.

The Lumo valve was developed by Henry Halimi, a water technology inventor with over 20 water patents to his name.

"I'm proud to have developed a product that addresses the urgent need for more efficient irrigation systems," said Henry Halimi, Director of Research and Development at Lumo. "The Lumo valve is a game changer for growers and I can't wait to see the impact it has on the industry."
